Message was received stating the Governor signed the following bill                                                             
on July 20 and transmitted the engrossed and enrolled copies to the                                                             
Lieutenant Governor's Office for permanent filing:                                                                              
                                                                                                                                
         CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 72(L&C) "An Act                                                                                 
         relating to the discharge of patients from hospitals                                                                   
         and to caregivers of patients after discharge from a
